Our size guides don't take into account the stretch of the fabric. Most of our gym sets and leggings have a 4-way stretch so please bare that in mind. If you are unsure, select the size you would normally wear.
Here are some washing tips to help keep your activewear looking good and keeping its shape for as long as possible!
- Machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle.
- Add Bicarb to your detergent to keep them smelling fresh.
- Don't use fabric softener (it affects the stretch).
- Don't tumble dry - rather let them air dry.
- Don't iron.
Gym sliders are the perfect at-home workout accessory. They are lightweight and easy to store or carry around. Our gym sliders are 17.7cm's in diameter. They are two-sided discs (one side hard plastic and the other fabric) that allow you to exercise on a variety of floor types.
